Momo Calgary is democratically governed and the governance structure is made up of the following organs:

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The General Assembly (GA) is composed of all registered members and is the supreme organ of the association. The GA meetings are held on the last Saturdays of each month, except the month of December which is reserved for an end of year come together.
SUB-COMMITTEES
These may be self-volunteered or are members chosen by the GA or by the President, and adopted by the GA to work on a particular project for the association.
